Jake Hill

Jake is one of our international coaches, sharing his time between working with personal training clients in London and in the USA.

I will let Jake speak for himself in his own inimitable North American style, but would like to add that we are very pleased and fortunate to have him on our team here at Ultimate Performance. Jake is one of the rare breed of trainers who has both the book learning and the hands on gym experience that we believe is absolutely vital to giving our clients the best possible results and the most added value. He is personable, articulate and I know from personal experience understands what it is to train hard!

In his own words:

"Jake Hill first began his career as a personal trainer at the age of 16. He was completely consumed by the physique and performance enhancement phenomena, partly due to his desire to better himself as an athlete. He digested everything he could get his hands on. From books, magazines, and medical journals.

At the age of 17, Jake trained his first high school All-American football player, no small feat by any standards. He continued to grow and excel from there training a number of athletes who went on to play Division 1 college football. Two of whom now play professional ball in the arena football league. Jake a former competitive athlete himself, excelled in football while in college.

Jake brings the same intensity into the weight room, that he did while on the field. His motto “failure is not an option!” If you set a goal, Jake will push and motivate you beyond your perceived limits. You will achieve the body you desire!

Through Biosignature and complete body dynamic structural assessments. Jake can pin-point any imbalances that may hinder your progress to physical perfection. Jake excels at assessing each and every clients needs, goals, and desires. He has the ability to fix any hormonal or kinetic chain issues, to help bring you that ultimate physique you desire.

One of his biggest pet peeves, are the trainers strutting around “coaching” clients whilst there own diet consists of Mcdonalds and Guinness. He believes that a proper trainer should “look the part”. This also means keeping on top of your game not just physically but with knowledge as well.

As one of the top personal trainers in the States, Jake was invited to work at the world renowned Poliquin Performance Center in Chicago. In order to work there, you have to be the best of the best.

Jake has a true and unrelenting passion for fitness and improving the lives of others. So much so, that he left a chance to attend medical school. His medical background has only enhanced his ability to greatly improve each and every clients physique to the fullest."
